14-DAY RETURN WINDOW You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return.
INITIATING A RETURN To start a return, contact us at info@pataforyou.com. We'll provide step-by-step instructions for returning your item. Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS The following items cannot be returned:

Products worn or used directly on the skin, including all underwear items (please check sizes carefully before purchasing)

Clothing and shoes: To minimize environmental impact, we do not accept returns for clothing and shoes. If the size is incorrect, we will issue a voucher for a replacement. We encourage passing the item on to someone else to reduce waste.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return once received.
RETURN ADDRESS Contact us via email for the return address. Please note that our business address is not our return address due to limited warehouse space.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS Inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
REFUNDS Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. It may take 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES For exchanges, return the original item and place a new order for your preferred product.
ORDER CANCELLATION To cancel an order, contact us immediately. We will try to cancel your order before it is processed. If it has already been shipped, you must follow our standard return process.
